12 Gift Ideas for Father’s Day 2023
What do these Fathers want from their families? Somebody let me know ( in my DMX voice)! But seriously, Father's Day is around the corner, and one thing is for sure, Dads have a list too.
Y'all, read closely now, quiet as keep; dads want their families' appreciation and love.
Side note: After a few research conversations, throw in some respect and a fantastic meal.
Father's Day Gifts for the Tired Daddy
If you have a tired daddy in mind, try one from this list.
Weekend Getaway: Wisk dad away for a couple's trip for some one-on-one time while celebrating him.
A Day in Bed (With Sleep Accessories): The tired dads will enjoy a rest day. Throw in a new pair of house slippers, a luxurious robe and blanket, and an eye mask set for a day of leisure and rest.
Aromatherapy: A diffuser with essential oils, candles, room sprays, and body sprays are simple gifts that enhance the environment and mood.
Father's Day Gifts with a Tech Focus
High-tech coffee maker: This gift keeps giving ( and benefits the entire family).
A Diffuser/ air purifier ( see number three above): A diffuser works as a little air humidifier that gently adds moisture to improve the nose, lungs, and skin while upgrading the ambiance.
Soundbar/ speaker: You already know why.
Side note: Get a mini projector with a sound bar/ speaker. I just discovered this portable device and think it is a cool gadget for the tech-loving dad.
Self-Cleaning Water Bottle/Tumbler: Get a self-cleaning tumbler with germ-killing tech to sanitize the inside of the bottle and promote drinking more water. Hydration is a fantastic gift someone can give themselves. It helps our skin, mood, health, and energy. It is a good gift all around.
Mini Drone: Who would not want a high-tech air toy? I'd take one too.
Unique Gifts for Dads on Father's Day
Last month I shared unique gift ideas for Mother's Day while shying away from the traditional favorite gifts. Well, this list does the same for Father's Day. Let's skip the ties, socks, and coffee mugs and get creative!
Here is a list of some unique gift ideas you can give on Father's Day.
Customized tools: Tools are practical gifts. Adding the customization with initials, a name, or a personal message can make it extremely special for the dad who likes tools.
Artwork: Pick an artwork that reflects Daddy's interest ( for the man's room, perhaps). You could shop for a unique picture, painting, or sculpture.
Cooking Class: This can be a fun way to bond and spend family time together. By the way, I wrote a blog post about activities to strengthen family connections that you will enjoy if you want bonding activities.
Electronic Tape Measure: This will take the guesswork out of measuring for projects, etc.
Of course, this is a general but not an exhaustive list! But this gives you some ideas and motivation to shop for the fathers you love! Remember to consider the personality of the dad you are shopping for and think about what will bring a smile on Father's Day ( and beyond). And for my daddy friends reading the blog, let your people know exactly what you like. You can start by sending them this list ( to increase these blog analytics ) as a starting point. Anyway, let me know in the comments below what gift you pick and how you make the fathers around you feel loved and appreciated on Father's Day.
Until next time remember to mark your life with beauty (and have a fantastic Father's Day)!
